Keightley Waiz

Keightley Waiz is a UniServ Organizer at Indiana State Teachers Association with a focus on racial and social justice initiatives, the Early Leadership Institute, and ARP/ESSER organizing. Previously, Keightley worked as a high school English teacher at New Albany-Floyd County Consolidated School Corporation and served as the High School Vice President of New Albany-Floyd County Education Association. Keightley also participated in professional development programs at NEA, including the Early Leadership Institute and the Pre-UniServ Academy Cohort. With a Master of Education in Secondary Education and Teaching, Keightley has experience as a student teacher at Jefferson County Public Schools.
