Keightley Waiz is a UniServ Organizer at Indiana State Teachers Association with a focus on racial and social justice initiatives, the Early Leadership Institute, and ARP/ESSER organizing. Previously, Keightley worked as a high school English teacher at New Albany-Floyd County Consolidated School Corporation and served as the High School Vice President of New Albany-Floyd County Education Association.
