Emily Myers

Myers has worked in the non-profit sector for over ten years. Emily began their career as an Area Dance Marathon Manager for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, where they oversaw 30+ university dance marathon programs. In 2017, they helped these programs raise $2.2 million, a 27% increase from the previous year. Emily then took on the role of Senior Manager of Digital Fundraising for the organization, during which they implemented a developmental acquisition strategy that created 21 new university Dance Marathon programs. Myers is currently the Director of Alumni Relations at Indiana University Dance Marathon.

Emily Myers has a Bachelor's of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Ball State University. Emily has a certification from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate. Emily also has a certification from International CPR Institute Inc. in First Aid. Finally, they have a certification from American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in Heartsaver CPR AED.
