Jay Wish

Jay Wish is a highly experienced medical professional with a background in medicine and biology, holding an MD from Tufts University School of Medicine and a BA from Wesleyan University. Jay serves as the Medical Director for the Outpatient Dialysis Unit at Indiana University Health and has held leadership positions including Chairman of the Technical Expert Panel at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and President of the Forum of ESRD Networks. Additionally, Jay has served as a Medical Consultant in Anemia Pharmaceuticals and as the Medical Director of Medical Quality and the Dialysis Program at University Hospitals of Cleveland.
