Jeremiah Laughner

Jeremiah Laughner is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service delivery engineering, having served Indiana University Health since October 2010. In the role of Service Delivery Engineer for the Intel Server Team, Jeremiah specializes in building and deploying Intel/Windows servers, while also managing daily monitoring and upgrades on physical and virtual platforms using tools like VMware and Citrix. Previous roles include Computer Technician, Independent IT Consultant, Photographer and PC Analyst at various organizations, where skills in technical support, server management, imaging PCs, and project management were developed. Jeremiah holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts Management from Ball State University, complemented by minors in Business Administration and Computer Science.
