Kera Martin

Kera Martin, CSP has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and staffing. Kera currently works as the Talent Acquisition Regional Lead at Indiana University Health since July 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Talent Acquisition Consultant at the same company from June 2021 to July 2022. Before joining Indiana University Health, Kera worked at Elwood Staffing Services, Inc. for a long period of time, starting in January 1999. Kera held the position of Regional Manager at Elwood Staffing Services, Inc. until January 2021.

Kera Martin, CSP, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana University Bloomington in the years 1991-1995. Kera also holds a certification as a Certified Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association.
