Nichole Wilson

Nichole Wilson is a senior executive with extensive experience in community health and integrated primary care. Currently serving as Vice President of Community Health Operations at Indiana University Health since November 2021, Nichole focuses on improving health equity and health outcomes in Indiana, particularly in behavioral health, infant/maternal health, hypertension, and smoking cessation. Prior to this role, Nichole held multiple leadership positions at Community Health Network from 2009 to 2022, including Vice President of Integrated Primary Care & Retail Services and Vice President of Retail Health Services, where Nichole directed strategies for diverse health services, managed over 100 ambulatory sites, and fostered innovation in consumer-focused care. Nichole's educational background includes advanced degrees in business and physical therapy from prominent institutions such as Purdue University and the University of Indianapolis.
