Rachel Rollings has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Rachel started their career in 2005 as a Staff RN in the Neonatal ICU at Indiana University Health. From there, they took on various roles, including Charge RN & Staff RN in the Emergency Dept, Chronic Disease Management, Patient Education Coordinator, Paramedicine Program Coordinator, and Clinical Risk Manager. In 2019, Rachel became a Clinical Program Manager, focusing on Healthcare Economic Outcomes. Rachel worked in this role until 2021 when they joined Landmark Recovery as the Director of Nursing. After leaving Landmark Recovery in August 2021, Rachel joined Indiana University School of Nursing as an Adjunct Faculty member. In 2022, they returned to Indiana University Health, first as a Care Manager and later as the Team Lead for Integrated Care Management. Rachel also continues their role as Adjunct Faculty at Indiana University School of Nursing - IUPUI.
Rachel Rollings earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Western Governors University. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Indiana University Kokomo. In addition, they obtained certification as a COPD Educator from the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) in 2016.
