Reed Forester is an experienced professional in the fields of talent acquisition and experience design, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Indiana University Health since December 2025. Prior to this role, Reed held the position of Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Silver Dollar City Parks & Resorts from December 2022 to November 2025, where automation solutions were designed to improve various employee experiences, and park operations were managed as a rotating general manager.
