Rodney Francis

Rodney Francis currently serves as the Executive Director of Workforce Development at Indiana University Health, a position held since January 2025, where responsibilities include providing strategic direction and developing a system-wide Workforce Development Strategy to meet the organization's evolving needs. Prior to this role, Rodney Francis worked at EmployIndy from December 2016 to January 2025, initially as the Senior Director of Opportunity Youth, progressing to Chief Program Officer and later EVP of Workforce Solutions. In these roles, Rodney Francis reported to the President and CEO and played a key role in strategic decision-making while overseeing multiple departments that focused on academic readiness, workforce development, and employment programs across the Greater Indianapolis region.
