Ron Stiver

Ron Stiver is an experienced healthcare executive with a comprehensive background in leading large organizations and driving significant operational revenue. From January 2009 to August 2022, Stiver served at Indiana University Health, achieving roles such as President of System Health Solutions, where leadership was provided to a business unit comprising 2,500 team members and generating $1.4 billion in revenue, and President of System Clinical Services, overseeing a 3,000-member team with $930 million in annual revenues across various healthcare services. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Engagement and Public Affairs, where Stiver managed strategic planning and community outreach for the health system. Before Indiana University Health, Stiver was the Commissioner of the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles and the Indiana Department of Workforce Development, demonstrating strong leadership in public service.
