Roshni Bag

Roshni Bag currently serves as the Regional Service Line Leader for Oncology and Spine Surgery Service Lines at Indiana University Health, where responsibilities include defining and executing the strategic vision to enhance oncological and spine care services across multiple facilities. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Operations for Surgical and Outpatient Services at UPMC, where oversight included business operations for surgical services and ambulatory care centers, and as a member of a leadership committee. Roshni Bag also completed the Mitch Daniels Fellowship Program aimed at fostering regional change agents and has held various roles in organization management, finance, and research across esteemed institutions. Roshni Bag holds an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University and is currently a Doctor of Public Health candidate specializing in Global Health Leadership.
