Tamarah Danielle Brownlee

Tamarah Danielle Brownlee has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Regional Vice President of Human Resources for the Indianapolis Suburban Region and System Recognition at Indiana University Health since June 2017. In this role, Tamarah oversees various HR functions including recruiting, benefits, compensation, training, and employee relations. Prior positions include Executive Director of Human Resources and Institutional Equity at Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne, Human Resource Manager at Parkview Health, and roles in human resources at SIRVA Worldwide and Target. Tamarah holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University, a Master of Public Health from Indiana University Bloomington, and a Bachelor of Arts in African/African-American History & Diaspora and Theatre from Indiana University Bloomington.
