Troy Tinsley

Troy Tinsley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, project management, and software engineering. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Supply Chain at Indiana University Health since May 2014, Troy has played a crucial role in executing strategic visions for IT systems that enhance data and knowledge management while promoting a Lean business model. Previously, Troy held positions including Director of Workforce Strategy & Operational Excellence and Lean Deployment Leader at IU Health, and Project Manager at IU Health Bloomington Hospital. Prior experience includes software engineering and project management roles at ProsLink, Inc. and a programmer analyst position at Sallie Mae. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from the Kelley School of Business Indianapolis, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Indianapolis.
