Xavier Breland

Xavier Breland has over 20 years of experience in information services and technical support, currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager at Indiana University Health since 2006. Breland specializes in instituting procedures that enhance efficiency and reduce costs, while also leading teams to foster strong working relationships.
