Drew Caldwell

Drew Caldwell is an experienced professional with a diverse background in IT, finance, and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Developer Analyst I at Red Gold since May 2024, Drew develops Python scripts and Power BI dashboards. Concurrently, Drew acts as a Mathematics Tutor at Indiana University Kokomo, supervising the Math Commons and assisting students. Previous experience at Dunham's Sports includes roles as Key Team Leader and Team Coordinator, focusing on store operations and customer service. As an Undergraduate Data Science Researcher with The Data Mine at Purdue University, Drew contributed to agriculture data analysis. A Master's degree in Business Administration is currently being pursued at Indiana University Kokomo, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science earned in 2025.
