Nicholas Baxter

Nicholas Baxter is an experienced academic in the field of sociology, currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Sociology at Indiana University Kokomo since August 2018. Previously, Baxter held the position of Visiting Instructor of Sociology at Knox College and was a Foundation President's Graduate Research Fellow at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. With a strong educational background, Baxter earned a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and possesses both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and English from Northern Illinois University. Over the years, Baxter has taught a variety of courses, including Principles of Sociology, Self and Society, and Environment and Society, and has also served as a part-time instructor at multiple community colleges and universities.
