Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Indiana University Kokomo is responsible for setting strategic direction, fostering collaboration among faculty and staff, and ensuring the effective implementation of policies. It comprises the Regional CIO, who oversees technological initiatives, the President of the Staff Council, who represents staff interests, and the President of the Faculty Senate, who advocates for faculty concerns, all working together to enhance the university's academic and operational excellence.
