Betsy McCaw

Betsy serves as Executive Vice President of People + Organizational Capabilities at The Heritage Group. The Heritage Group's 5,000 employees are focused on building a safer, more enriching, and sustainable world by harnessing the power of family through businesses in infrastructure construction and materials, specialty chemicals, and environmental services. In her role, Betsy is responsible for talent strategy, HR shared services, and marketing and communications.

Prior to joining The Heritage Group, Betsy served as chief operating officer of the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, a non-profit focused on advancing the economic prosperity of Indiana. As part of this role, she acted as the founding president of 16 Tech, an innovation district under development in Indianapolis. Betsy's background includes corporate strategy, global marketing, business development, and turnaround management.

Betsy has a BBA in finance from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Duke University. In addition to the IUPUI Board of Advisors, she currently serves on the boards of Ascension St. Vincent Health and Tourism Tomorrow Indy. Betsy and her husband Carson enjoy spending their free time with their three young children.
