Ally-Khan Somani MD, PhD, EMBA, FAAD, FACMS, FASDS, FEADV is a distinguished academic and clinical leader currently serving as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Dermatology at Indiana University School of Medicine since August 2009. Somani also holds positions as Director of Micrographic Surgery & Dermatologic Oncology Fellowship and Director of Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology at SkinMD, Indiana University, and Cleveland Clinic, respectively. Additionally, Somani is involved in multiple consulting roles with various organizations, including Illumisonics Inc., and Cook Medical, and contributes as an Honorary Visiting Professor at the University of Basel. With an extensive educational background comprising an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, an MD/PhD from the University of Toronto, and a B.Sc. in Immunology from McGill University, Somani is recognized for contributions to dermatologic oncology and surgical mentorship through the International Society of Dermatology.
