Garrett Mintz

Garrett Mintz is the founder of Ambition In Motion LLC, established in May 2013, which focuses on connecting individuals within organizations for mentoring relationships to boost engagement, productivity, and retention through a proprietary matching algorithm. In addition to this role, Garrett serves as a contributor for multiple business journals, including the Indianapolis Business Journal, Louisville Business First, and Austin Business Journal, writing about leadership and performance in the workplace. Garrett also facilitates executive mentorship programs for the Society for Marketing Professional Services, the Association of Equipment Management Professionals, and the Chattanooga Regional Manufacturers Association, as well as higher education mentorship programs for Theta Tau, Delta Mu Delta, and California Lutheran University, using a structured methodology to enhance professional development among members. Garrett holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship/Corporate Innovation and Finance from Indiana University Bloomington.
