Laura Sweeney

Laura Sweeney currently serves as Marketing Director for both the Indianapolis Business Journal and IBJ Media since January 2022. With extensive experience in the marketing field, Laura has previously worked as a Marketing Consultant for Liberty Fund and held the position of Director of Marketing at DMI (Digital Management, LLC) from February 2015 to January 2020. Laura was also the President & Strategic Director at Aglow Marketing, a firm dedicated to providing innovative marketing solutions for small and medium-sized businesses in Indianapolis, from July 2009 to February 2015. Additional roles include President of the Indianapolis Chapter of the American Marketing Association, Business Development Manager at BitWise Solutions, Account Executive at Bell Tech Logix, and Creative Services Manager at ONEX. Laura holds a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications from Ball State University and an Associate's Degree in Broadcast Production from Vincennes University.
