Nathanial Weber

Nathanial Weber has extensive experience in project management and administrative support, currently serving as a Strategy and Equity Specialist at the Indianapolis Marion County Public Library since July 2015, where responsibilities include data analysis and support for strategic planning initiatives. Previous roles include Administrative Assistant II, where Nathanial coordinated program resources and maintained project timelines, and Office Assistant, managing inventory and communication tasks. Additional experience includes serving as an Accounting Technician III for U.S. Customs and Border Protection, providing technical support and customer service, and working as an Information and Referral Specialist at Connect2Help 2-1-1. Nathanial also contributed to community development as an Americorps Member with Public Allies, coordinating job readiness programs. Earlier retail experience as a Department Supervisor at H&M involved oversight of store operations and staff training. Nathanial holds a High School Diploma from Shorewood High School.
