Ginger Gleaves

Ginger Gleaves, MHRM, SHRM-CP, CEBS, is an accomplished professional in human resource management with extensive experience in benefits administration. Currently serving as the Director of Benefits at Indianapolis Public Schools, Ginger has previously held positions including Benefits Manager in both the same organization and the City of Indianapolis, as well as Benefits & Payroll Manager at Inotiv. Additionally, Ginger has experience as a Program Director for the State of Indiana. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Labor Studies from Indiana University Indianapolis.
