Elizabeth Whipkey

Elizabeth Whipkey is a seasoned professional in ticket services and customer care, currently serving as the Director of Ticket Services and Database Management at the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra since February 2017. Previously, Elizabeth held multiple roles at the orchestra, including Director of Ticket Services and Box Office Manager, beginning as a Senior Customer Care Representative. Prior experience includes a Customer Service Representative position at the Indianapolis Repertory Theatre, a role at Target, and teaching swim lessons at Butler University Health and Recreation Center. Elizabeth gained valuable skills through internship experiences with the Arts Council of Indianapolis and as part of the Operations Team at Howard L. Schrott Center for the Arts. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's Degree in Arts Administration from Butler University, which was completed in 2016.
