Nick Neukom has extensive experience in customer service and operations management within the arts and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Patron Services Representative at the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra since March 2013, Nick previously held the role of Yuletide Coordinator for the same organization from 2011 to 2012, where responsibilities included coordinating volunteers and managing merchandise sales. Prior to this, Nick worked as a Member Service Representative at Ball State FCU from May 2000 to May 2005, focusing on member service and account management. Nick holds a degree from Purdue University Fort Wayne, attained between 2005 and 2008.
