Technical Support Team

The Technical Support Team at the Indianapolis Zoo ensures the seamless operation of critical infrastructure and technology across the 64-acre facility. The Life Support Technician maintains and monitors the systems that support animal life, including water quality and filtration for aquatic habitats. The AV/IT Technician manages the zoo’s audiovisual and information technology needs, ensuring effective communication, ticketing systems, and visitor information displays.
