Pawan Jain has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as Associate Manager at IndianOil - Adani Gas Pvt. Ltd. since November 2015. Pawan Jain's responsibilities include HR generalist functions such as HR dossier preparation, HRIS management, induction orientation, budgeting and operations, manpower planning, recruitment, training and development, performance management systems, employee relations, engagement, welfare, communication, payroll, and benefits.
