Billy Heseltine

Billy Heseltine has had a diverse career in the IT field. In 2010, they began their career as an Advanced Level 3 IT Apprentice at Peart IT Services. In 2011, they moved to EMIS Health as a Technical Support Consultant. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Verallia UK, firstly as a Business Intelligence Developer and then as an IT Support Technician. In 2018, they joined Indica Labs as a Technical Product Manager, where they provided technical product service interface to design and development teams on all new product introductions. Billy then moved to the role of Technical Solutions Manager, EMEA, where they provided support and leadership to front-line technical solutions team in EMEA and APAC regions, troubleshot advanced and complicated technical issues for customers, and advised customers on hardware and software configurations and implementation. Billy then became a Senior Technical Solutions Engineer, EMEA, providing advanced front-line technical support for applications team and end users, and conducting software testing, installation, and un-installations. Finally, they returned to the role of Technical Solutions Engineer, EMEA.

Billy Heseltine attended Carleton Community High School from 2005 to 2010. Billy also holds an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS), obtained in July 2022.
