Dean Crothers

Dean Crothers has over 28 years of work experience in software engineering. Dean began their career in 1994 as a Software Engineer IV at International Game Technology in Reno, NV. In 2002, they left the company and worked as an Independent Consultant for the same company. In 2003, they joined Object Consulting in Melbourne, Australia as a Supervisor Consultant and Development Manager of a $1.5 million J2EE project. In 2005, they moved to Justice Systems where they served as Software Development Manager and was responsible for the company's product lines. In 2018, they joined Finvi as Director of Software Engineering and led the development of the FullCourt Enterprise court case management system and the Citepay online payment portal. Currently, they are the VP of Software Engineering at Indica Labs.
