Kate Tunstall

Kate Tunstall has worked in the scientific field since 1996. Kate began their career as a Research Associate at Cenetron Diagnostics and then moved to Stratagene. In 2004, they became a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. In 2008, they joined Aperio, where they held the roles of Product Manager Image Analysis, Senior Manager of Global Sales Support, and Application Scientist- Life Sciences. In 2013, they moved to BioIncyte as a Director & Image Analysis Scientist and to Indica Labs as Chief Scientific Officer, where they lead the global sales and marketing efforts.

Kate Tunstall obtained their PhD in Molecular Genetics, Biochemistry, and Microbiology from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine between 1999 and 2004. Prior to that, they earned their BS in Botany from The University of Texas at Austin between 1991 and 1997.
