Victoria Edem

Victoria Edem is a seasoned customer support professional with extensive experience in managing client relations and support functions across various industries. Currently serving as a Customer Support Manager at Indicina since October 2020, Victoria oversees tier-two support issues and collaborates with the product development team to optimize service delivery. Prior roles include Customer/Operations Support Specialist and Sales Associate at Indicina, Client Relationship Specialist at Micro Leasing Limited, and Customer Service Representative at Ethel Travels Lagos. Victoria began their career as a Corps Member at the Ministry of Women Affairs, where responsibilities included assisting departmental heads and coordinating schedules for corps members.
