Lucas Souza

Lucas Souza serves as the Head of Marketing at Indicium, a global data services company, where responsibilities include leading marketing initiatives to capture new customers and expand brand presence. Prior to this role, Lucas co-founded and served as CEO of Agência Levelspot from August 2019 to July 2022, and worked as a Project Manager at Indicium from July 2018 to December 2019. Additional experience includes a position as a Visiting Researcher - Engineer at the European Research Center for Information Systems. Lucas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and is pursuing additional education through Harvard Business School Online.
