Joana Bica

Joana Bica is currently serving as Regional Operations Lead at Indie Campers since September 2025. Prior to this role, Joana held various positions at Jerónimo Martins from September 2018 to September 2025, including Deputy Store Manager, Project Manager for Operational Efficiency, Perishable Store Manager, and Operations Management Trainee. Joana's responsibilities encompassed team management, stock and sales oversight, customer and supplier relations, and control of operational costs and net results. Earlier experience includes an internship in Marketing at Omladinska Zadruga Bulevar in 2018, an administrative role at Dimexa in 2016, and an accounting internship at Mc7 in 2015. Joana holds a Master's degree in Services Management from Católica Porto Business School, an Erasmus+ program in Management from Univerza v Mariboru, and a Bachelor's degree in Management from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management.
