Pedro Aires has a diverse work experience in the logistics field. Pedro started their career at Luís Simões Logística Integrada, S.A. in 2013, where they worked as an Intern and later as a Project Technician in the Division of Promotional Logistics. During their time at the company, Pedro focused on production line balancing for repackaging plants, increasing productivity by creating planning tools, redesigning supply processes, and designing maintenance plans for repackaging machines. Pedro also engaged in Kaizen improvements and KPI creation and follow-up. In 2018, Pedro joined Indie Campers as a Logistics Specialist and later became the Logistics Lead in March 2021. Pedro Aires completed a graduate course in Prospective, Strategy, and Innovation at ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management from 2015 to 2016.
