After an exciting fifteen-year career in both HR and politics, Tara Smalley opened Indie HR Services in 2014. Tara specializes in helping start-ups and small businesses build the HR foundations needed to grow, as well as both medium and large sized companies expand and improve on existing HR processes and procedures. Tara has also supported multiple restructurings, M&A’s and divestitures. This unique experience in HR and politics provides a strategic approach to HR and the support needed by businesses in a wide variety of industries including, but not limited to, Health Care, SaaS, Professional Services, Manufacturing, Energy, and Clean Tech.
