Jared Sorin

Jared Sorin is a legal professional with extensive experience in emerging companies and venture capital. Currently serving as Co-Leader of the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice at Brown Rudnick LLP since January 2022, Jared previously held the position of Partner at McCarter & English, LLP from October 2014 to January 2022. As a co-founder of EntreprenYOURS, an accelerator program aimed at supporting startup founders, Jared contributed to the establishment of a collaborative ecosystem for founders and investors. Earlier in their career, Jared worked as an Associate at SorinRand LLP and held positions as a Summer Associate at SorinRoyerCooper LLC. Additionally, Jared was the Co-Chair of the HALT program at Hamilton College, aimed at fostering future alumni leaders. Jared earned a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a degree from Hamilton College.
