Sebastiraj Arulanandu is a seasoned software development leader with extensive experience in various roles within the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj previously held the position of Director and Global Head for BPM Pre-Sales at Virtusa, leading presales and consulting for BPM-Pega solutions from January 2016 to September 2020. Prior to this, Sebastiraj was a Senior Architect at Lloyds TSB, Senior Solutions Architect at Wipro Technologies, and also worked in senior architectural roles for FedEx Services and MasterCard, focusing on BPM architecture and program management. Earlier in the career, Sebastiraj contributed to product development at Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd and acquired foundational skills in software engineering at Nucleus Software. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from St. Joseph's College, Trichy.
