Keshav Lahoti is an experienced legal and compliance professional with a strong background in corporate governance. Currently serving as Director - Legal, Secretarial & Compliance at Indifi since November 2022, Keshav has previously held the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer at Gold Plus Glass Industry Limited, where responsibilities included managing the filing of the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI and obtaining approvals for the IPO from NSE and BSE.
