Leah Royle

Leah Royle is an accomplished fundraising professional with extensive experience in leadership and development roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Independent Director (Non-Executive) at Indigenous Desert Alliance since November 2023, Leah has held the position of Partnerships Manager at Hawaiian since February 2022. Prior to this, Leah was the Chief Development Officer at Black Swan State Theatre Company of WA, where responsibilities included planning and leading fundraising programs. Leah's career also includes a significant tenure at Australian Wildlife Conservancy, where positions ranged from Development Officer to Strategic Advisor - Philanthropy & Events, collaborating closely with executive leadership on high-impact fundraising strategies. Earlier experience includes account management at 2Evolve Pty Ltd, overseeing fundraising strategies for multiple clients. Leah holds a Bachelor of Animal and Veterinary Bioscience (Hons) from the University of Sydney.
