Joy Rogers is a seasoned professional in policy advising and board governance with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Advisor at Ontario Red Tape Reduction since June 2022, Joy also holds the position of Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for Indigenous Youth Roots. Previously, Joy worked as a Policy Advisor for ONeconomy and contributed as a Case Management Officer at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. Additional expertise includes roles in research analysis and client relations, as well as operational management in the restaurant sector. Joy holds a Master of Global Affairs from the University of Toronto's Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Toronto.
