Dena D'Souza

Dena D'Souza has over 30 years of work experience in quality assurance and management roles. Dena started their career at Etobicoke General Hospital as a Dietary Supervisor, where they managed a large team and ensured the quality of patient meals. Dena then moved on to companies such as Mars, Nutco Inc., Griffith Laboratories, Loblaw Companies Limited, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Indigo Books & Music Inc. In these roles, they developed and managed quality assurance programs, conducted audits, reviewed project concepts, and ensured compliance with regulatory standards. Dena has extensive experience in product quality management, vendor relationships, risk assessment, and policy development.

Dena D'Souza has completed all courses in Quality Engineering from the American Society for Quality (ASQ). Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Nutrition from Ryerson University. Dena also holds a Certificate in Business Administration and a Certificate in Quality Assurance from Ryerson University.
