Ajay Mohanty

Ajay Mohanty has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years in the field of technology projects. Ajay started their career as a Web Developer at Durlabh Computers in 2003, where they worked on web-based projects using ASP and MS SQL Server. In 2004, they joined Eeemkay Webtech Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Web Developer. In 2005, they became a Development Team Lead at MSS Technologies, where they worked on a web-based project using technologies such as ASP, ASP.Net, C#, MS SQL Server, and Oracle. Ajay then joined Sirez Ltd. in 2006 as a Software Team Lead and held this position until 2014. During this time, they gained experience in leading software teams. In 2014, Ajay joined Kontent Cafe as a Project Manager, where they served as a project architect for a content marketing platform. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Sirez Ltd. as a Senior Project Lead, managing projects and leading teams. Currently, Ajay works at Indigo Consulting, where they started as a Senior Technology Project Manager in 2018 and currently holds the position of Director - Technology Projects.

Ajay Mohanty completed their Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) from Indira Gandhi National Open University in the years 2007-2010. Prior to that, in 2001, they obtained a degree in Visual Basic and Oracle from SSI. Ajay pursued a Higher National Certificate (HNC) from the National Institute of Information Technology between 1998 and 1999, focusing on MS Office Suite, Windows, C++, Sybase, and Networking. Ajay also holds a Bachelor's degree in Science (B. Sc.) from Utkal University, earned between 1994 and 1997, where they studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Electronics.

In addition to their formal education, Ajay has obtained several certifications. Some of their recent certifications include "Software Architecture: From Developer to Architect" and "Managing Technical Professionals" from LinkedIn in 2022. Ajay also holds certifications such as "Jira Fundamentals Badge" from Atlassian, and various others related to team collaboration, employee development, productivity enhancement, and security from LinkedIn, earned in 2021.
