Jess Collins

Jess Collins, CAM, CAPS, has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as a Senior Property Manager at Indigo Living since March 2020, and previously held the position of Property Manager at Hubbell Apartment Living. Additional roles include Property Manager at SF, Marketing Manager/Property Manager at Rod’s Property Management, and Compliance Coordinator at Murray Properties L.L.C., where responsibilities spanned both commercial and residential property management, as well as marketing and compliance for HUD properties. Prior experience includes serving as a Housing Specialist at the Sioux Falls Housing and Redevelopment Commission, managing the Section 8 Voucher Program, and as a Public Welfare Financial Worker in Rock County and Nobles County. Jess holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Public Welfare from Minnesota West Community and Technical College.
