Jo Thompson Chartered McIpd

Jo Thompson, Chartered MCIPD, currently serves as Director of HR & Central Services at Indigo Networks since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jo held the position of interim Director of Central Services at Doocey Multi Utilities, where responsibilities included initiating a standalone central services function and driving organizational change. Jo has also played a pivotal role at Faradion Limited as a key member of the Leadership team focused on delivering business strategy and overseeing all people and central functions. Additionally, during a decade-long tenure at Fulcrum Group, Jo advanced from Executive Assistant to Director of People & Culture Operations, leading HR functions across multiple sites and driving employee engagement initiatives. Education was completed at Hungerhill Comprehensive between 1985 and 1989.
