Catherine Mondoy-Lin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Catherine currently works as a Principal Designer at Indigo Slate, where they are responsible for leading design projects. Prior to this, they held the position of Art Director at the same company.

Before joining Indigo Slate, Catherine worked at Be Labs, LLC as a Graphic Designer, where they developed design collateral for various brands. Catherine also contributed to building brand identities and conducting research for visual directions.

Catherine has also worked as a Native English Teacher in Tokyo and Saitama, Japan, where they coached students in English language skills and created customized learning experiences. Catherine also served as a Graphic Design and Production Assistant at Tori Richard, Ltd., where they delivered graphic projects under tight deadlines and increased web-store sales through designing and writing copy for email newsletters.

Earlier in their career, Catherine gained experience as a student designer at the Office of Publications & Graphics Center at the University of San Francisco, where they contributed to the design of marketing materials. Catherine also worked as a Teacher's Aide at St. Philomena Early Learning Center, supervising and assisting preschool children. Catherine started their career as a Sales Clerk at Aloha Island Uniforms.

Catherine Mondoy-Lin attended the University of San Francisco from 2007 to 2010 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design and Japanese Studies.
