Ian Duggan

Ian joined Indigo as Group CEO in March 2021. He founded and served as CEO of 4site since 2003 which was acquired by Indigo Telecom Group in 2019. Ian turned a start-up into a leading provider of planning, design and engineering services to the telecoms industry in the UK and Ireland.
