Holly Penalver is currently serving as the Volunteer Development Manager at ShelterBox since December 2023. In addition, Holly has been a Trustee and the Founder & CEO of Indigo Volunteers since January 2012, an organization dedicated to providing volunteers and support for humanitarian efforts along the European refugee route. Holly's nursing expertise was cultivated through a Staff Nurse position at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust from October 2012 to December 2016, where experience was gained across various children’s wards. Earlier career experience includes working as a Personal Assistant at HCA International Ltd from 2007 to 2008. Holly holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Pediatric Nursing from King's College London and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Loughborough University.
