Shahroo Izadi is a seasoned speaker, coach, and consultant currently associated with Roocovery Ltd since August 2016. As an accomplished author, Shahroo penned "The Kindness Method," a bestselling self-help book on habit change and motivation published by Macmillan, which has reached international audiences with translations in six languages. Additionally, Shahroo served as the author of "The Last Diet," and holds the position of Ambassador for both Empathy Week and Indigo Volunteers, providing psychological support services during refugee crises.
