Elva Singal

Elva Singal is a research associate at Indigo since May 2021, focusing on fermentation experiments involving novel microbial strains and the preparation of solutions and media. Prior to this, Elva served as a laboratory technician at Bunker Hill Community College for fourteen years, preparing experiments for various biology courses and conducting complex analyses. Previous internship experiences include work at New England Aquarium, where daily water sample analyses were performed, and the University of Massachusetts Boston, which involved sand sample collection and media preparation. Elva also possesses a background in engineering from experiences with Aquateam Ingenieros SAC and Sedapal, and holds a degree in Sanitary Engineering from National University of Engineering, along with an Associate of Arts degree in Biology from Bunker Hill Community College.
