Jon Giebel

Jon Giebel is an experienced professional in the field of product strategy and development, currently serving as the Vice President of Product Strategy at Indigo since March 2021, where responsibilities include managing the global product portfolio and leading business development strategies. Previously, Jon held various roles at Bayer from August 2011 to March 2021, including Program Lead for Bayer LifeHub Boston and Chief of Staff to the Global Head of Trait Research. Jon's experience includes leading teams in microbiology, business development, and technology licensing. Educationally, Jon holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Michigan Medical School, a certificate in Strategic R&D Management from INSEAD, and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Cornell University.
